For all of you women out there that were told stories of Knights and white horses, for all of you women who found your prince, and for all of you women who adorn their castles with dirty dishes and almost dusted furniture, I welcome you.
I am such a woman. People will tell you that fairytales are infeasible, they're disappointing, they're rubbish, and to them I say... ouch. I believe that your fairytale is being lived right now. The villians in your life are frightening, but may not have human form, the heroes in your life may not ride white horses, but they sure look good in a t-shirt and jeans, and your story may be chapter after chapter of humor and tragedy.
This blog is my way of sharing MY fairytale, my feasible fairytale. My royal duties have been somewhat foreign to me so far, and I hope you enjoy reading my journey through my perfectly imperfect fairytale. My hope is that you too will begin to learn that the things you encounter in life don't have to be dark tales of woe. I pray that you can find the joy and humor in what the Lord places in our paths, and continue page by page being the heroine of your very own... feasible fairytale. :)
Happily Ever After-Shock. If your crown gets heavy - you've found the right place.
